Struggling with feline dentistry? It’s notoriously tricky; the small size, fragile teeth and specific pathologies predispose to difficulty and complications, as you may have found. On this highly practical course tutor Alex Smithson will help you gain the confidence and skills that you need deal effectively with the most frequent challenges you’ll encounter in practice. Alex is a Veterinary Dentist and dual qualified Veterinary Surgeon and human Dental Surgeon. Drawing on experience from both veterinary and human fields, he will guide you on how best to approach cases to optimise both patient outcome and your work satisfaction. Extensive wet labs allow you to practise techniques with hands-on help, avoid common complications and get better outcomes with your feline dentistry patients. Suitable for all GPs and those with an interest in feline cases, surgery and dentistry.
