- This course is aimed at small animal practitioners who are reasonably comfortable with diagnosing disease but wish to stay up to date in their knowledge of canine therapeutics. The approach that will be taken is to describe a clinical case presentation around which the selection and use of common therapeutics will be described and discussed. By the end of each session delegates will have acquired a number of useful tips about how to improve their use of these drugs in practice and some tools to help in the day-to-day management of their cases. The value of empirical therapy and its limitations will be described where appropriate. Each talk will be well illustrated and backed up with clear notes.
