Anaesthesia Monitoring

CPR
What you’ll learn:
- Recognise the clinical signs in a patient in respiratory distress.
- Recognise clinical signs associated with specific respiratory diseases.
- Identify how to perform thoracic auscultation.
- Prepare for stabilisation of the respiratory patient.
- How should we be monitoring our patients in respiratory distress.
- Performing resection of everted laryngeal saccules
- How to manage the precarious recovery of patients after a respiratory collapse.
- What is the Recover campaign?
- Discuss causes of and how to identify a cardiopulmonary arrest.
- Identify what should be in your CPR crash cart and the roles of the resuscitation team.
